When to report a missed collection
After 7:30pm on your normal collection day.
Your missed collection must be reported within 2 working days of your collection day.
If you report a missed collection before 7:30pm on your collection day, or outside of the 2 working day reporting limit, the case will be closed and your waste will not be collected.
Please note: Veolia will return for a justified missed collection within 24 working hours. When you have reported a missed collection you must leave your bin at the kerbside. Do not take your bin back in. If your bin is not at the kerbside when Veolia return they will not come back and you would need to present your bin on the next scheduled collection (no side waste will be taken).

- domestic/communal refuse and recycling collections
- special (assisted) collections
- clinical bags
- sharps boxes
- small electrical items (WEEE)
- batteries
