When does the completed postal ballot paper have to be received back by?

The completed postal voting documents must be received by the Returning Officer by the close of the poll (10pm on referendum day).

Please return your postal vote in plenty of time to ensure that it reaches us before close of poll. Please be aware that bank holidays can cause delays to the post.

Alternatively, you can hand it in at a polling station in your ward, or you can deliver it to the Guildhall.

If it arrives after the close of poll it will not be counted.
