A service request is the first request from you for WNC or NPH to take action to provide a service or to put something right. By way of example, this may be (but is not limited to) the following:
- Reporting a missed bin
- Reporting flytipping or litter
- Reporting a highway issue for the first time
- Requesting a repair
- Reporting anti-social behaviour
- Applying for a garage
- Requesting adaptations to your home
