Make a WNC complaint

In the first instance, please report your issue directly to a service area without using this formal complaints procedure. This is the quickest way to get your issue resolved. Check out ways to contact us.

A service request is the first request from you for WNC or NPH to take action to provide a service or to put something right. By way of example, this may be (but is not limited to) the following:

  • Reporting a missed bin
  • Reporting flytipping or litter
  • Reporting a highway issue for the first time
  • Requesting a repair
  • Reporting anti-social behaviour
  • Applying for a garage
  • Requesting adaptations to your home
