Only children in receipt of benefits related free school meals are eligible to apply for this award. Pupils receiving universal school meals due to being in reception, year 1 or year 2 are not eligible unless they have registered for Pupil Premium. For more information, please see our website.
Only one award can be claimed per eligible child. Where 2 or more adults have parental responsibility or guardianship for a child, the adult who completed the initial free school meal/pupil premium application should complete this form.
