Apply to keep a dog

Please read the conditions below

1. That the dog does not cause a nuisance or annoyance to the neighbours or within the neighbourhood
2. That the dog wears an appropriate identity tag at all times.
3. That the dog is kept on a lease in residential areas and is not allowed to roam free or foul within the neighbourhood
4. That the dog is reasonably exercised and treated with care and consideration
5. That the dog will not be used for breeding purposes from the premises
6. That domestic standards are maintained within the premises and that any damage caused as a consequence of keeping the dog is immediately made good at your own expense
7. That the dog is strictly controlled at all times when you have visitors to your property
8. Permission for the keeping of a dog is only granted whilst you live at your current property
