You should receive your new bin/box within 4 weeks. Please leave any damaged items in an accessible place ready for collection when the replacement items arrive.
If you have already placed an order for this type of bin or box, please do not submit a new order. If you would like an update on the status of your order you can request this via our online form.
You can report a missed bin (especially during the time that the offices are closed) using the online form.
As long as your bins were presented at kerbside at 6.30 a.m. on your scheduled collection date, your waste will be collected by our contractors who are operating normal working hours with the exception of Christmas Day.
Remember that you can only report a missed bin within 24 hours of the due collection date.
