Planned IT work to start on Wednesday

There is planned website maintenance activity taking place on Wednesday 24 February. The work will start at 10pm and is expected to take six hours to complete.

Although the time has been selected to minimise any disruption for customers, it will mean that some parts of the NBC website will be unavailable for a period overnight on Wednesday. The following areas will be affected:

  • Most e-forms (including housing application, Report It, missed bin, bulky waste, etc.)
  • Mobile apps
  • Citizens Account (limited functionality)
  • eBenefits
  • Planning applications
  • ModernGov minutes & meetings
  • HomeChoice
