How we measure our performance
The quartely report details all performance indicators which support the delivery of the Corporate Plan. This is presented quarterly to cabinet and published with cabinet papers.
The indicators are determined during the service planning process and are managed in-line with our Data Quality Strategy. Challenging targets are set by the service areas and are agreed at management board and Cabinet.
Any measures that are either under or over performing are reviewed by Cabinet and Overview and Scrutiny on a quarterly basis. These measures are also reviewed by the audit committee.
