Register to vote
If you are not already registered to vote the last day you can register for this election is Tuesday 26th November 2019.
You can register on the government website or telephone 0300 330 7000 - you will need your National Insurance Number.
Vote by post or proxy
If you are not able to go to the polling station you can apply to vote by post or by proxy (this means you appoint somebody to vote on your behalf). Please email [email protected] or telephone 0300 330 7000 for an application form.
The deadline for receipt of postal vote application forms in this office is 5pm on Tuesday 26th November 2019.
The deadline for receipt of proxy vote application forms in this office is 5pm Wednesday 4th December 2019.

Postal vote details
The first set of postal votes to those registered by 7th November 2019 will go out around 25th November 2019. There will be further issues around 27th November 2019 and 2nd December 2019.
If you have had your postal vote application acknowledged and have not received your postal vote by Friday 6th December 2019 please telephone the office to request a replacement.
Poll cards will be sent out around the 16th November 2019.
Notice of vacancy for West Hunsbury parish
The borough/parish elections due to be held on Thursday 2 May 2019 have been postponed to Thursday 7 May 2020. The Police and Crime Commissioner elections are also scheduled to be held on this date.
