The above Order was made by Northampton Borough Council on 18th June 2019.

The Order was made under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (the Act) and pursuant to Section 257(1)(a) of the Act (as amended by the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013).  

Objections have been received in respect of the Order and, therefore, the Order has been referred to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government in accordance with the requirements of Section 259 (1) and (2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
