How we measure our performance
The quarterly All Measures Report details all performance indicators which support the delivery of the Corporate Plan. This is presented every three months to Cabinet.
The indicators are determined during the annual service planning process and are managed in line with our Data Quality Strategy. Targets are set by team managers, and approved by the service area managers.
Any measures that are either under or over performing are reviewed by Management Board and Cabinet on a quarterly basis. The Overview and Scrutiny Committee and Audit Committee review them annually. Once the report has been approved at Cabinet it is published in our open data and also with the relevant minutes.
Reports are run with data for the following periods:
- April to June
- July to September
- October to December
- January to March (Outturn report)
