In light of the current situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) please be aware that our service may be affected. We are following Central Government advice, resulting in a reduced number of staff and restrictions regarding office working and social contact.
Our standard investigation procedures are subject to change and response times could be longer than usual. Officers will not be visiting people in their homes – this is to protect both us and you and your families. We might only be able to carry out certain functions, access to equipment could be limited and it may not be possible to obtain information from other departments or partner agencies that we would routinely use during our investigations.
As households are faced with different daily routines, likely to involve spending more time at home, there may be an increase in noise between properties. We would ask you to be as tolerant as possible. Enforcement action is not likely to be appropriate at this time.
