Payment methods

The majority of the town's car parks operate on a pay and display basis with machines are located throughout the car parks.

All surface car parks accept coins and some of the busiest central car parks now also accept card and contactless payments

Our 4 'pay on foot' multi storey car parks accept cards, coin and notes

Please check tariff boards on car parks to ensure you pay the correct tariff for your stay.

If you encounter a problem with any of our machines please call 01604 838446 for assistance.

If you can provide as many details as possible such as time and date, car park name and machine number, this will help us resolve your issue quicker.
