All meetings commence at 6pm and are held at the Guildhall unless otherwise stated.

Work Programme

The Overview and Scrutiny Committee concluded Work Programme for 2018/2019 and assigned reviews to three scrutiny panels:

  • Scrutiny panel 1 - Homelessness and Rough Sleepers
  • Scrutiny panel 2 - The Impact of the Move of the University
  • Scrutiny panel 3 - Northampton Post Unitary
  • Scrutiny panel 4 - Adult Social Care Faciltiies
  • Evaluation of O&S reports

These Panels have now concluded their reviews and published their final reports.

The  Work Programme for 2019/2020  was approved at the meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee in March 2019 and will be published shortly

Very occasionally the Overview and Scrutiny Committee and its scrutiny panels meet in private, which will be for the minimum time needed to consider information that may be sensitive or otherwise confidential in order to protect the interests of external agencies and individuals.
