Overview and Scrutiny

Self evaluation of the Overview and Scrutiny function at Northampton was undertaken, with support from local government peers. This evaluation was very positive, acknowledging the achievements made in Overview and Scrutiny, a number of which have been cited as good practice. A limited number of challenges were suggested.

All of the achievements and challenges formed an Excellence Plan for Overview and Scrutiny.
