How do I join the Residents' Panel?

Visit either council website at www.northampton.gov.uk/consultation or www.northamptonshire.gov.uk/consultations and click on the "Residents' Panel" section which will take you to the Residents panel page. Click the "online registration form" link and complete the registration form to join.
