Flytipping - outline
Flytipping is illegal and irresponsible. It is an offence under
Section 33(a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to deposit waste
on any land other than that which is controlled by a waste management
licence.
The Council treats this problem very seriously and will prosecute anyone caught flytipping waste.
To report flytipping call the Customer Contact Centre on 01604 838281.
