Charter Mark Quality Standard to help young people access services
Northampton Borough Council works with the Children and Young People's Partnership and supports the work by young people on its task force who have developed a benchmarked toolkit that enables services of all sizes within councils or in the community, to reflect and improve on how they involve young people, to improve how they serve young people and involve them. The Charter Mark document can be downloaded from the County Council website.

This organisation deals with younger people too through its intergenerational work on parenting skills, healthy living and more too. They provide help across a wide range of areas for older people, supporting them to access help available e.g. home improvements and benefits.
