Customer Feedback
Introduction
At Northampton Borough Council we care about everybody who lives or works in the town, is a visitor or uses our service. We want to hear what you think about us, whether you are happy with what we do, or have an idea for improvement. We also want you to tell us when we get it wrong or could have done better, when we fail to do something we said we would or if we treat you unfairly. We hope that this procedure for dealing with comments, compliments and complaints will make it easier for you to provide us with feedback.
