Payment methods

The majority of the town's car parks operate on a pay and display basis with machines are located throughout the car parks. These machines accept coins only.

Our 4 'Pay on Foot' car parks accept both coins and notes, with the Grosvenor Centre car park and Mayorhold car park also accepting card payments.

Please check tariff boards on car parks to ensure you pay the correct tariff for your stay.

If you encounter a problem with any of our machines please call 01604 838446 for assistance.

If you can provide as many details as possible such as time and date, car park name and machine number, this will help us resolve your issue quicker.
